Carnival – Committee is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the end of the year carnival. There will need to be 3 leaders: info, games, food.
Communication – Committee is responsible for getting information to the website coordinator, newsletter coordinator, office updates and bulletin board updating.
Fall Fundraiser – Committee is responsible for help with processing and distributing product. Kick-off is in late August and delivery in October.
Family Fun Nights – These events bring students and their families together for fun evenings during the school year. Committee will help with planning and running the various activities.
Field Day – Committee will help the PE teacher during the event.
Hospitality – Provide food for the staff for various activities throughout the year.
Math-a-thon – Committee is responsible for coordinating, distributing packets, updating info, planning and executing rewards.
Movie Night – Committee is responsible for planning, reservation forms, ticket distribution, and supervise during movie night. Committee will need to get local businesses to donate door prizes, snacks, and drinks for the movie nights.
Scripts Pre Holiday Sales – Committee will distribute order form, organize incoming orders, and distribute gift cards. This program will start in November.
Spirit Wear – Coordinate orders and distribution of product. Committee will also sell spirit wear at events where it is appropriate.
Staff Appreciation Week – Committee members would be responsible for creatively showing ways to appreciate our hard working teachers and staff. Appreciation week is in May.
Winter Wonderland Event – Committee will be in charge of creating a fun winter event for the school family. It will be responsible for selecting event, coordinating, planning and executing the event.
Winter Holiday Stop and Shop – Committee will plan, organize vendors, set-up and run program.
Yearbook – Committee members will be responsible for putting together the school yearbook. Members will need to have some computer skills. The committee will be working as a team with Kim Reese (school secretary) as a consultant.
